This September, Elhurt EMS will return to Sweden. We will take part in Evertiq Expo Gothenburg — a one-day event for professionals involved in electronics design, purchasing and manufacturing.
The event will take place on 17 September 2026 at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. Visitors can attend free of charge after completing the registration process. Elhurt EMS will be exhibiting at booth 101.

A meeting at the expo can concern both a product being prepared for its first implementation and a device that has already been in serial production for many years.
As part of the NPI process, we analyse the customer’s documentation, assembly requirements and testing assumptions. We prepare the technological process, manufacture prototypes or pilot batches and develop an implementation report.
The objective is to identify risks before regular production begins — while they can still be reduced without introducing costly changes to an established process.
Elhurt EMS conducts manufacturing feasibility analyses and provides consultations in the areas of Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test.
We review, among other things, the schematic, BOM, PCB layout, assembly method, critical process points and the feasibility of repeatable testing. Based on this analysis, we provide production recommendations and identify risks that may affect the project’s quality, cost or delivery schedule.
A bill of materials should be assessed on more than price alone. Lead times, component lifecycles, EOL risks and the possibility of using alternatives are also important.
Elhurt EMS helps qualify components in the context of a specific device and manufacturing process. Together with Elhurt Distribution, we analyse part availability, identify potential alternatives and help secure production continuity.
As part of our EMS operations, we do not sell individual electronic components. Our role is to select, qualify, integrate and procure them for the customer’s project.
Changing an EMS partner requires structured documentation, the reconstruction of process parameters, the transfer of testing knowledge and the verification of materials remaining with the previous supplier.
We can discuss how to plan the transfer, determine the implementation sequence for individual projects and maintain deliveries during the transition period. Elhurt EMS has experience in implementing multiple projects in parallel and managing a customer’s entire product portfolio.
Our services include SMT and THT assembly, final assembly, functional testing, AOI and ICT inspection, traceability, ESD management, warehousing and logistics.
Elhurt EMS is responsible for preparing and managing the manufacturing process based on the customer’s documentation. We do not design complete devices from scratch, but we help prepare them for repeatable and scalable production.
