From 29 September to 1 October 2026, Elhurt EMS will take part in Alihankinta 2026 in Tampere. It is the largest industrial event in the Nordic countries, bringing together manufacturers, subcontractors, technology providers and professionals responsible for industrial supply chains.
This year, the organisers are focusing on the future of Finnish industry – growth, international markets and cooperation that helps expand its capabilities. You will find Elhurt EMS in Hall C, at booth C813.
The event programme shows the importance of data flow, supply chain cooperation and the effective implementation of new technologies in the development of modern industry.
During a presentation on data integration, Wärtsilä and Promeco will share their experience of jointly implementing an infrastructure for information exchange. Integrated data flow is intended to support decision-making, innovation and cooperation between companies operating within the same manufacturing ecosystem.
Another session will focus on the use of digital engineering, simulation and AI to shorten time-to-market, reduce uncertainty and strengthen the ability of industrial companies to compete beyond their local markets.
Similar dependencies exist in electronics manufacturing between documentation, material availability, process preparation, testing and logistics. Information from each of these areas must be current and accessible to the people responsible for delivering the project.
An increase in orders can quickly reveal the limitations of an in-house facility or an existing EMS partner. Insufficient production capacity, staffing difficulties or limited scheduling flexibility may then begin to affect delivery times for end customers.
Elhurt EMS supports projects from NPI and pilot batches through to regular serial production. The scope of cooperation may include production process preparation, SMT and THT assembly, testing, quality control and final assembly.

As part of our EMS operations, we do not sell individual components. We help select, qualify, procure and integrate them into the manufacturing process of the customer’s device.

Each Elhurt EMS customer works with a dedicated team combining business, engineering, purchasing and manufacturing expertise. This model supports a faster response to changes in documentation, schedules, forecasts or material availability.
Traceability makes it possible to track components and subsequent process stages – from material receipt at the warehouse, through assembly and quality control, to the finished product.
Changing an EMS partner involves more than transferring the BOM and production files. Knowledge of process parameters, testing, modifications introduced during previous production and materials remaining with the existing supplier must also be transferred.
Elhurt EMS can support the preparation of the product implementation sequence, documentation and material analysis, and the organisation of the transition period. For an extensive product portfolio, projects may be launched in stages or in parallel, depending on the situation and supply continuity requirements.
For many companies, PCBA assembly is one of several stages required to prepare a complete device. Subsequent stages may include functional testing, final assembly, packaging, warehousing and delivery organisation.
