From 29 September to 1 October, Elhurt EMS participated in Alihankinta 2026 in Tampere. It is one of the most important industrial events in Finland, bringing together manufacturing companies, subcontractors and technology suppliers.
This year’s edition was held under the theme “Growth and Internationalization”. The theme reflected the nature of the event, where companies meet to explore new opportunities for growth, find partners and establish contacts beyond their home markets.
Growth and internationalization appeared in the programme from different perspectives. Discussions covered topics including expansion into new markets, cooperation between companies and the competitiveness of Finnish industry.
The role of supplier networks was another topic addressed during the event. In materials published ahead of Alihankinta, representatives of Finnish industry highlighted the importance of cooperation with subcontractors, particularly in the context of competitiveness and risk management.
The Alihankinta programme also included AI, robotics, automation and the use of data in manufacturing.
These topics appeared in presentations covering the practical use of artificial intelligence, production data and the development of new solutions for industry. They were part of a broader discussion about how companies can improve efficiency and develop their production.
For Elhurt EMS, Alihankinta is first and foremost an opportunity to meet directly with companies operating in the Finnish market.
At our booth, we talked about new projects, electronics manufacturing and opportunities for cooperation with a European EMS partner. It was also an opportunity to meet new companies and better understand their production plans.
After three days at Alihankinta 2026, we are returning from Tampere with new contacts and conversations that we will continue after the event.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit the Elhurt EMS booth and talk with our team. Kiitos!
